Sourav Adhikary is the Executive Director of the Rural Women Welfare Society (RWWS). She has over 12 years of experience working in community development, women’s empowerment, and humanitarian support programs across rural Bangladesh.

Since joining RWWS, she has led several initiatives focusing on livelihood development, education for girls, and social awareness programs for rural women. She has also been actively involved in supporting vulnerable communities affected by displacement and poverty.

Farhana believes that empowering women through education and economic opportunity is essential for building sustainable communities.
